I love the idea of this and honestly love the product. When you have the sock on CORRECTLY in the exact right place the readings are spot on but that has proven extremely tricky with a newborn baby (attempted at 1/2 weeks old) and even the newborn sock was huge on her. So we couldn’t use it until recently and she is 8 weeks old it’s still large and tricky get on her teensy feet. But on a positive note she’ll have plenty of time to grow into it and I LOVE how the app tells you the quality of sleep they get, how many hours, deep sleep, light sleep and awake but still or wiggling or active. And it’s SO ACCURATE. So the socks I love 100% after the slight learning curve primarily positioning. Now the camera is so so. Honestly nothing that wows me quality wise. It’s not bad however it does lag since it’s off WiFi. I hate that so much. But it’s got a temperature and humidity reader on the power cord and it all works together to allow your baby/child sleep in the most comfortable environment so the get quality sleep. It’s pretty cool. Totally worth the money and I’m happy I made this pretty pricey purchase. I would definitely recommend. **photos in review are of my newborn who’s 8 weeks old but tiny only weighing 7.9 pounds and 20 1/4 inches. She was 5.6 and 19 inches at birth so hopefully it helps when sizing rne sock. It was entirely too large length wise and cut into her ankle until recently at 8 weeks old. Wish they sold preemie socks. And the larger foot is my 3 year old who’s 24 pounds and wears size 6-6.5 in shoes she still fits in the larger sock that come in the box which says I believe 18mos. She’s 3 and it works perfectly.

Best Uses

Monitor quality of sleep and hours of sleep, oxygen levels and heart rate. The base plays a loud little chime if something is off and you need to check on baby immediately. The sock is absolutely worth it for several reasons. We?ve got 2. One for our newborn and one for our 3 year old. Camera is nothing to write home about. Just another WiFi Camera basically.

Also listed above in description. My bad. One more?. If you want new socks with design or the ones that came in the box wear out it?s $40-$50 FOR A SOCK! To purchase one from owlet. Just dumb. Ridiculous. And once your child outgrows the larger sock in the box you have to pay a pretty pricey amount to purchase the one that fits up to 5 years old.
