It is big enough for me to put the big toys. It is very durable and the whale is very cute, I would not put the small toys inside. It is difficult to find small items. The cover is very nice that I can put some light toy on top of the chest.

This toy chest is so darling and I love the whale on it. It's perfect to hold toys or blankets or whatever you need to be out of sight. It's kind of flimsy though and will collapse if your baby leans on it which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. But still a great price for a decent sized toy chest.
